Speed 1-4 (4 Week Cycles)

With this PEAK Athletic Program you will achieve the best acceleration, mid-range, top-speed capabilities and Inseason Speed Training Mix you ever had. A well-structured and thought through training plan made to combine with the S&C programs "Rhino", "Hulk", "Athlete" & "Dominator I-III". 

This programs contain 2 sessions per week for 4 consecutive weeks, programmed to cycle as long as you like/need

Inseason 1 - Dominator I (6-10 Weeks/4-5x)


Unleash the beast and dominate your opponent with a well-structured and thought through training plan! Use this block to maintain and extend your unlimited capabilities you built up during your relentless off-season! 

This program contains 5 sessions per week (2-3x Strength & 3x Conditioning) for 6 to 10 consecutive weeks including one testing week to objectify your personal progress and achievements.

Pre-Season 2 - Athlete (6-10 Weeks/5x)


Expand all capabilities and maximize performance with a well-structured and thought through training plan! Use this block to prepare yourself optimally for the season around the corner!

This program contains 5 sessions per week (3x Strength & 3x Conditioning) for 6 to 10 consecutive weeks including one testing week to objectify your personal progress and achievements.

10 Weeks, 9 Weeks, 8 Weeks, 7 Weeks, 6 Weeks

Pre-Season 1 - Hulk (6-10 Weeks/5x)


Gain lightning-fast explosiveness, spring-like jump heights with a well-structured and thought through training plan. Use this and the following block (Athlete) to prepare yourself optimally for the coming season!

This program contains 5 sessions per week (3x Strength & 3x Conditioning) for 6 to 10 consecutive weeks including one testing week to objectify your personal progress and achievements.

This program contains 5 sessions per week (3x Strength & 3x Conditioning) for 8 to 12 consecutive weeks including one or two testing weeks to objectify your personal progress and achievements.
